This app was created by a UOA CS Student who works on creating web applications for fun.
Motivation
The motivation to create a project that does not only support planning, but also tons of utility & visualization functionalities like dashboard and data analytics.
Our goals
Our primary goal is to create schedular application for people to minimize their time spending on planning (with recurring schedules & template tables), and maximize the visual satisfaction.

Provide various filtering options on the sidebar which allows you toselect specific types of schedules you want to view.

Responsive Calendar Grid Layout
The calendar grid is responsive, meaning it has been adjusted for all of mobile, tablet and desktop screen sizes!
Clicking the calendar cell will expand the cell as well as extra options that easily allow you to add events & tasks on that date.
Well organized agenda layout
Alongside with calendar grid layout, we also support agenda layout that makes it easier to read the schedules day by day.
Each calendar item contains detailed information when you expand the item. Agenda layout is useful to use as an overview of each day.
Dashboard
Become an admin of your daily schedules using our comprehensive dashboard!
Weekly data summary including weekly workload, weekly completion rate etc.
Allows you to time travel to different periods by simply navigating through the mini calendar on the top!
Your schedule trend summary and progress summary that you can check in a minute.

Trend comparison across periods
You can easily compare the workload in recent weeks by simply looking at the trend chart.
The chart is really flexible, and it allows you to change thenumber of weeks you want to view at once i.e. 5, 10, 15 and 20 recent weeks.
Time Travel With mini calendar
The mini calendar in our dashboard basically allows you to time travel in different periods you navigate to.
All the dashboard data including weekly data, upcoming events & tasks, recent trends, progress summary are adjusted to your selected week!
View upcoming schedules
You can view upcoming events and tasks of your selected week in the Upcomings table.
It is useful to find out which events and tasks you had in that specific period by using it alongside with the mini calendar.
Summary of your template tables
The later section also includes the summary of your template time table you defined. It shows total tasks, total hours you spend, as well as its importance.
You can make your own time table that defines weekly schedules that are repetitive, then import them in your planner to save your planning time.
Recurring Schedules

Manage all your recurring events and tasks in one place.
Customize the recurring interval according to your needs i.e. every week, month or year
All the properties of your event and task will be duplicated and will be added to your calendar & planner automatically.

Edit all at once
When you want to edit the property of your recurring shcedules like title, description and location, you can do it in once place!
You can optionally edit the properties of all generated schedules in the recurring item page.
Delete all at once
If you add wrong event or task accidently, or if you want to delete your events or tasks, you can optionally delete all duplicatedschedules at once by deleting the one in the recurring item page.
Task Planners
Planners that are optimized for schedule settings as well as goal settings
Three versions of planners including weekly planner, monthly planner and yearly planner specific to your personal scheduling and goal settings.
Weekly planner supporting both list view and time table view to suit your preference!
Monthly planner and yearly planner are specifically designed to let you set your monthly and yearly goals.

Various utility functionalities
Provide bunch of utilities including filtering, searching, folding, as well as changing the layout between list view and table view (for weekly planner).
Make your task very much in detail by adding various properties! But you don"t need to be stressed as the only property you need to add each time is title!
Each task can optionally have a list of subtasks which breaks down the progress of your task in smaller details. If your task is large, subtasks can help you!
Template tables
The most convinient & efficient way to manage your time table
Combined with a Weekly Planner to automate your planning process with predefined tasks in the table you create.
Create Once, Apply Everywhere. Apply your time tables to any weeks you want by simply importing them all at once.
If you have manually typed or written 10~30 repetitive tasks in your planner every week, this is the perfect option to remove all your manual work!

Template table supports both time table view and list view to fit your visual preference!
Especially, time table view visualizes your weekly schedules like a school/university time table!
Import multiple tables at once!
You can find a "Template Tables" button in the weekly planner which pops up a modal that let you select the time table you want to import
Select multiple time tables you need for your selected week, then all tasks in those tables will be automatically imported!
Lists
Group todos that belong together and manage them in one place!
Define your own list with our preferred domain (title), and then add todos that belong to your domain to manage them altogether!
Extremely quick to add, but tons of options to customize each todo item!
Each todo can have sub todos nested inside itself, in order to provide further details and flexibility.

Each list has its own summary table that represents the current status of your list, including completed todos, overdue todos, todos for today, and todos for the current week.

The most comprehensive and detailed data analysis of your personal schedules
Provide three different analysis modes including weekly analysis, monthly analysis and yearly analysis.
Navigate to different periods you want and see the analytics in that week, month and year.

You can filter the events & tasks based on the status and control the number of periods you want to visualize.

We provide chart types including bar, pie,doughnut and polar to maximise your visual satisfaction!
Direct comparison to previous periods
Clicking the 'Show Comparison' button will pop up the comparison chart which will compare your data to theprevious week, month or year.
Hence, it is easy to know how many schedules you have or how the distribution of your schedules changes!
Analysis message of your schedules
We also make sure to provide the analytic message right below the chart to specifically explain the trend, distribution and comparison of your data!
Analytic message usually explains key summary statistics of the data of the chart it refers to.
Import & Export
Flexible data exchange with external applications
Share your schedules and progress with external applications, for example Google calendar!
Quickly Import & Export schedules with custom configuration.
You can import schedules from apps like Google calendar then go to the Data Analysis section to see your analytics! This is one other niche use case!

Almost every modern calendar application including Google Calendar supports ICalendar file for importing and exporting the schedules.
University calendars frequently support ICalendar file for the export, so if you are students, you can transfer University schedules to our app quickly with this functionality!
Custom configuration for the export
You can optionally choose the type of schedules like events or tasks you want to export .
For maximized configuration, we also enabled selecting the intervals you want to export. For example, if you want to avoid duplication of events in other apps, you can optionally choose some specific intervals to prevent that.
